SAFETY PROTECTIONS: Over-current Protection There is over-current provided in the product in conformity with UL and other international standards. When over current occur the protector spring switch to OFF position. Pressing the RED reset button returns it to normal function - thus eliminating traditional method of fuse replacement. CAUTION: do not forcibly reset to power ON position without removing over-load. Over-voltage/ Surge Protection On encountering over-voltage or surge in the mains supply, the pressure-responsive device inside will cut-off power - thus saving the attached apparatus/ appliances. By pressing RED reset button the normal functions can be maintained. Drop-in-leaf Protection All live contactors are equipped with totally-enclosed flaps. In absence of plugs all flaps will be in closed position to prevent electric shock, dirt and other things falling in - excellent safety for children. Fire resistance Protection All plastic parts of the product is made from highly un-flammable engineering plastic. The metal leaves inside are selected tin (phosphor) bronze which ensures hardness, elasticity, conductivity and low temperature when electric current passes. THUNDER STROKE: L-N, L-G and N-G , all 3 pairs are protected by anti-inductive thunder stroke. The lightning protection circuitry can transfer 3000A inductive thunder strokes to ground thereby eliminating the risk of heavy losses.
